I have nearly twelve years of experience and familiarity with complex real estate transactions. This experience includes representing businesses and individuals in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, and development of real estate, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, easements, construction contracts, and development agreements. My experience also includes (i) representing and advising real estate investors in connection with tax-deferred exchanges of real estate; (ii) representing businesses and individuals in appeals of assessed value of real estate, including proceedings before local property tax assessment boards of appeal, the Indiana Board of Tax Review, and the Indiana Tax Court; (iii) representing real estate developers before city and county boards of zoning appeals and plan commissions, including rezoning requests, development plan approvals, and variances; and (iv) the litigation of real estate matters, including foreclosures, annexations, utility matters, quiet title actions, contract disputes and evictions.
