As a member of Carson Boxberger’s litigation team, Eric Blume represents clients and businesses in civil litigation and commercial litigation disputes, concentrating in matters involving product liability, premises liability, trucking liabilty and disputes, and medical malpractice. The breadth of Eric’s civil experience includes serving as second chair in jury trials, conducting bench trials, drafting numerous briefs for courts at all levels, conducting numerous oral arguments in court, and participating in all phases of litigation.
