Biography
Edmund P. Kos is the owner of Kos & Associates, a Fort Wayne-based creditors’ rights firm. He concentrates his practice in the areas of creditors’ rights, banking, secured transactions, commercial litigation and bankruptcy law. In 1984, he was licensed in New York and started his career as an attorney in the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps. In 1986, while serving at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indianapolis, he obtained an Indiana license. After his military service, he joined a Fort Wayne law firm and in 1996, started his own firm.
