We hired Nick in 2018 for a modified sentence. Once my incarcerated loved one finished the required program. We found out Nick does not practice criminal anymore ofcourse we paid all fees up front and he did not complete the job. This is extremely unprofessional did he offer us any refund at all no h...e said he could refer us. We are extremely disappointed as money is tight and we now have to hire another lawyer to finish the job he said he would do. Honestly he’s a scam artist and everyone at Russwurm who couldn’t inform us the firm was being bought out we had to figure that out on our own . The worst part is he was to coward to give me a call regarding this just sent me a text .

I contacted Nick in regards to a misdemeanor arrest I had received over a weekend. This was my first arrest ever so I was very scared and confused. I emailed Nick on a Sunday night and to my surprise he emailed me back. He answered all my questions quickly and accurately. He really helped ease some o...f my anxiety about the whole situation giving me quick information on what I could expect. Also he did not charge for the emails between us even though there were multiple.
