OUTCOME: Judgment in favor of defendants

Defended a wrongful eviction case in which Judge ruled in favor of my clients after taking testimony from both sides and hearing my multiple factual and legal arguments in defense of my clients. Later, ... I filed a Motion to seal the record of eviction which was granted, and the clients no longer have any record of eviction.
