Vietnamese citizen was ordered removed and detained by Immigration Customs Enforcement for a drug trafficking offense. He retained the Law Office of S.A. Peterkin to advocate for his release and reuni ... te him with his family. I filed a well-documented Emergency Stay of Removal to have him released from ICE's custody based on certain equities in his favor like a newborn child and his family's financial and emotional dependency. The Stay included a brief, medical records, tax returns, and affidavits. After reviewing the documents and investigating the matter, my client's Stay of Removal was granted. My client was released and united with his family right in time for the holidays.
