OUTCOME: I worked to probate both estates such that my client settled the issue of the home's titling and moved forward in her life knowing these estates had been resolved.

I had a client that lost both her husband and father within a month of one another. To complicate matters, the husband and father were joint owners of the house my client was living in. One died with a ... will, the other died without one.
