I'm a husband, a dad to two boys, a football coach, and a criminal defense attorney who believes everyone deserves a second chance.

At Baber & Baber, P.C., I help people across Indiana take back control of their lives through statewide expungement and criminal defense services. My passion for criminal defense started early. I knew from childhood that I wanted to follow in my father's footsteps by standing up for people who felt overlooked or underestimated by the justice system. That calling led me to Salmon P. Chase College of Law, where I focused on trial advocacy, storytelling, and jury selection strategy - skills I use every day to help clients reclaim their future.

As a former public defender, I’ve handled everything from misdemeanors to serious felonies. I also worked with the Kentucky Innocence Project, reinforcing my belief that justice must be pursued with diligence and heart.

Today, I work with clients in every county in Indiana, offering:
