My mom and I were involved in a terrible car accident that left her paralyzed. After an extensive hospital stay, mom was admitted into a nursing home for rehab. Navigating the insurance system with all of mom’s medical needs, proved to be beyond exhausting and frustrating. I initially contacted Sa...m’s office online, and Sam promptly responded. After explaining the insurance nightmare that we were dealing with, Sam gathered the necessary information and documents, and began the process of applying for Medicaid for mom. Sam walked me through the process every step of the way, met with me on multiple occasions, was available to answer any questions I had, and even attended a fundraiser my family had for mom’s medical needs on his own time. I cannot possibly say enough wonderful things about Sam. He is friendly, knowledgeable, dedicated, and professional. Thanks for everything Sam!
