DWI Dismissed & License Suspension Overturned

OUTCOME: Complete exoneration

Client was arrested for DWI and alleged to have had a BAC of 0.191 (over twice the legal limit). We took the case to trial in the civil appeal of the administrative license suspension and won. Th ... e court overturned the suspension and reinstated Client's license, and in the official ruling found that the arresting officer "lacked credibility." Due to the favorable outcome of the civil case, we were able to convince the prosecuting attorney to dismiss the criminal charge of DWI.

The prosecution was subsequently prohibited from using all evidence found in the car, including thousands of dollars of property alleged to have been stolen.
