Passenger appealed denial of claim for punitive damages, and paratransit company cross-appealed judgment awarding compensatory damages. The Court of Appeals affirmed jury verdict award, reversed dismissal of punitive damages claims, and remanded for trial on punitive damages. Affirmed by the Supreme Court of Kentucky.
