Nicholas J. Baumgartner grew up in Berne, Indiana, and graduated from South Adams High School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Studies from Bluffton University and a Juris Doctor Degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. Nick was admitted to the practice of law in 2017 in the State of Indiana, and in the United States District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. He is a member of the Adams County Bar Association and the Elder Law Section and Probate, Trust, & Real Property Section of the Indiana State Bar Association. Nick is married to Shelby (Harvey) Baumgartner.
