Nicholas Fee is a proud Northwest Ohio native and dedicated attorney committed to serving individuals and families throughout Ohio and Indiana. With experience in private practice, prosecution, and the judiciary, Nicholas brings a unique perspective to every matter he handles—combining practical legal experience with an understanding of how courts evaluate evidence, legal arguments, and the rights of the parties before them.

Nicholas earned his Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from the University of Toledo in 2015 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law in 2019. He was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 2020 and Indiana in 2026. A graduate of North Central Local High School in Pioneer, Ohio, Nicholas remains deeply connected to the communities he calls home.

His practice encompasses a broad range of legal matters, including business law, criminal defense, firearms and Second Amendment law, personal injury, employment law, family law, child custody and support, real estate, estate and probate, and juvenile matters. He has represented clients in misdemeanor and felony criminal cases, juvenile delinquency and abuse matters, domestic relations proceedings, and a variety of civil disputes. Nicholas is particularly passionate about advocating for individuals who have been injured, protecting the rights of those accused of wrongdoing, and helping families navigate difficult legal circumstances.

Nicholas is a lifelong firearms advocate and is committed to helping individuals understand and protect their constitutional rights under the Second Amendment. Whether representing a client in court, navigating a complex legal issue, or helping someone understand their options, he approaches each matter with professionalism, personal attention, and a strong commitment to his client's interests.

Nicholas is an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and Williams County Bar Association.
