OUTCOME: In favor of my client

I had a military client living in VA while his spouse lived outside of the state. The spouse was not responsive to any requests from either my client or myself, even though her delay had ramifications ... on the well-being of their child. Nevertheless, the lengthy divorce ended in favor of my client.
