OUTCOME: Modified and affirmed, dismissing as against another defendant corporation (also our client).

This was/is a complex commercial litigation/fraud case involving the sale of real property and then subsequent "taking" by the Town in which the property is situated. My firm represents the defendants. ... We filed a motion to dismiss that went up on appeal. I argued the appeal and wrote the brief. I was successful in dismissing the action as against another party corporation.
