Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute

I had a client with a Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute. He was not trying to sell drugs but had a large amount of marijuana. The Prosecutor would not budge. We fought the case for 2 years an ... d were ready to go to trial ---when we were able to finally convince the Prosecutor to amend the felony charge to a simple misdemeanor of possession of marijuana! We also were able to get three forfeiture cases dismissed that involved a motor vehicle, a gun and money! My client got all of his property back!
