The parties in this case were married in the Bahamas. I represented the Husband who was not a citizen of the U.S. However, the Wife was a U.S. citizen and FL resident. I was able to domesticate the div ... orce proceedings and, despite allegations of domestic violence on both sides, I was successful at helping the parties reach a full settlement all their marital issues prior to the final hearing.
