A truck driver failed to maintain his lane, and veered into another driver's lane. That driver swerved to avoid being struck by the truck. As a result, that driver struck my clients' vehicle. My cli ... ents' vehicle then spun and struck a guardrail. Although, the truck never made physical contact with any vehicles, I was still able to obtain a $1,136,044.40 settlement overall for my two clients.
