My client was informed by the Department of Revenue that his child support obligation was going to increase by over $1,000 a month. His ex-wife was able and educated, yet did not feel she should be wo ... rking. After my deposition of the ex-wife, the attorney for the DOR and I calculated child support so that the increase was only 40% of what the DOR had figured and requested.
