Natalie Jane Boocher

Natalie J. Boocher is an Attorney with the Schwarz Law Office, PC.  She is a native of South Bend, but chose Arizona as the place to attend college and law school. She is now licensed in both Indiana and Arizona. She focuses her practice on all aspects of long-term care planning, including Medicaid, incapacity issues, special needs planning, wills, living trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care decision making, and nursing home issues. Natalie regularly assists individuals and their families in both planning for and filing Medicaid applications with the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration. Her goal is to make every family’s experience with the Medicaid system less stressful so their focus can be fully on taking care of their loved one.
