Called this office today, and although it plainly says on Justia that “civil rights” is an area of law they practice the woman I spoke to do seemed uninterested, claimed they DID NOT practice in that area of law, and would be fired if this was my practice. If a lawyer isn’t to help, then just exactly... what is their purpose? To ignore people by means of uppity receptionist who screen calls like the gestapo? Wow?! I would have never guessed. Another attorney from California answered several questions regarding the current legal situation I am describing on Justia and he encouraged me to find a an attorney in my area because the facts I provided him with, he felt that my rights had been violated, with video surveillance to contradict and confirm the truthfulness of my account, yet the AI receptionist I encountered today was like a real life Terminator. Arnold would be proud. I hope all attorneys I contact are not like this. No help for the poor, never.
