Arvil Ray Howe

On February 13, 2018 I was called by the volunteer attorney network and told that Arvil Howe except to be my attorney and will get a hold of me 2-15-18 Mr Howe phoned me he was very very sorry that he hadn’t gotten to me sooner but he was working on a lot of federal cases.And that he is very... very busy. 3-16-18 have not heard a thing from Mr Howe left ans. Machine asking him to call me. 4-13-18 called and left a message that my husband had an attorney and heard that he had an appointment with them coming week. Message left once more. 5-1-18 Mr Howe called me to tell me that he had not gotten my papers from my previous attorney and will get a notice out to her. None of this had been done to this date 8-24-18. 8-14-18 Called M Howe at 4 PM and caught him in his office that is when he told me once again that he has been very very busy with federal court and other cases and I asked him if that was fair to me . Then I asked if I could have another attorney He said he would get one because I cannot do it . I called volunteer services approximately two days later to ask if they could please get me another attorney and she told me no I told you before you only can have one. I tried to explain what was going on but she became hostile and I did have a problem with my temper as well so now I have no Attorney and can’t get one. I forgot to mention that when he told me he was going to try to get my case files from my old attorney that I told him that I would make copies of whatever papers I had from court he said that wasn’t necessary but I did this and my aunt and I drop them off at his office. I would appreciate it greatly for any help you can give me .
