Biography
A native of Northwest Indiana, Felicity received her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Indiana University Mauer School of Law, Bloomington, Indiana. Felicity previously served as in-house counsel for a multi-state corporation serving individuals with developmental disabilities. She currently represents health care providers and individuals with elder law needs. Felicity is a parishioner at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, a member of Tri Kappa Sorority, and past president of SCALA parent organization for high ability students. When not working or volunteering, Felicity can be found most weekends watching her boys play sports or enjoying the Winona Lake Trails.
