After a driver was injured by a piece of commercial equipment owned by the client's company, the company made a claim for cove ... rage, which was denied by Century. Plymale & Dingus filed a lawsuit on the client's behalf. The trial court ordered Century to cover the client's loss and the 10th District Court of Appeals affirmed.
