I contacted MRS. BIlbrew Regarding Paternity an custody issues. Doing my initial phone consultation to set up an appointment. I had various questions regarding parental and custody lawyers. When I asked Bilbrew a question regarding the types of lawyers she responded insulting me by saying that I was...n’t bright for asking such questions. An she wasn’t here to educate me. Now mind you I am no attorney nor have I ever had to use a attorney before which I informed her of this. But she must not be that bright because why would you insult a potential client. But she said she had plenty of people that were seeking her services and we’re fighting for her appointment. My response to her was good luck and have a good day.I would never spend my money on someone who doesn’t respect me she lacks people skill patients an proper Etiquettes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I arrive for consultation on time she was not there, receptionist said she was on her way back from court. I was told I had paid the consultation fee in advance which I did. Shortly after I paid I was told she was on the phone and wanted to talk to me. It was her intention to do my consultation over ...the phone because she wanted to stop and vote on the way back from court. I drove 35 minutes each way, And had to park over a block away...I am disabled. All because she had to collect her consultation fee before she would talk to me on the phone at her office. Then she proceeded to tell me how she would do things which was not the way I wanted things done. And that she's been in practice over 30 years and she didn't need take my business. Avoid this woman at all costs.. She treats her clients like she's above them. I took enough in cash to pay her retainer all she had to do was get it right.

This is the worst lawyer I have ever even heard about. I cannot imagine anyone worse. She was so unprepared, unknowledgeable and unresponsive. Her left hand didn't know what her right hands was doing. She constantly made me feel stupid with the way she talked to me and she expected me to know the... process of bankruptcy, when I had never filed before. I am a fairly intelligent person, however, she expected me to know things she should have told me. She told me things that were untrue - then denied telling me. She caused my 341 meeting to be delayed because she didn't give the courts paperwork they requested 3 times from her. It almost had to be continued again because she did not file a change of address that she knew about a month prior. She still (after bankruptcy discharge) has not filed this. She would call me and hound me to come pick up paperwork that was time sensitive - then I get there and she didn't notice my name was spelled incorrectly and therefore invalid. Everything with her has been a nightmare and I do not recommend her to anyone for anything.
