This case involved the abduction of two minor children out of the State of Colorado by the non-custodial parent. Ms. Davis pursued abduction prevention measures, engaged with law enforcement in the Sta ... te of Tennessee, and obtained an Order requiring the immediate return of the children to the State of Colorado. Local law enforcement was then able to retrieve the children from the abducting parent and return the children to the State of Colorado within approximately 4 days.
