This case was originally filed by an attorney who subsequently died. The debtor failed to complete the final requirements to receive a favorable discharge and the case was closed. Consequently, this ca ... se was close without discharge. This client came to me almost two years after the standard time to receive a discharge. I enrolled as counsel and was able to reopen the case and help this client receive a discharge of their debts. I did this pro bono, at no charge.
