Typically I throw out all solicitations in the mail, but for whatever reason I kept Mr. Olsen's and called when I was in great need of a lawyer quickly. It was the best decision I've made in years! Mr. Olsen is very personable and puts you at ease. I never felt looked down on, disrespected, or rushed... through like I was just another case number. He is very clear explaining everything and patient with questions. From the first consultation I felt great relief that everything was going to work out fine and I would be OK with my situation. The online system he uses made it very easy for me to keep up with my case and submit documents when I had time, which was typically late at night or on weekends. As questions popped in my head, I could submit them in the system even if it was long past office hours. Several times Mr. Olsen answered my questions right away late at night, on weekends, and even on a holiday. None of my questions were urgent, but to get them answered that quickly saved hours of worrying and sleepless nights. Mr. Olsen's staff are wonderful to deal with as well. I highly recommend Mr. Olsen, especially for bankruptcy and/or foreclosure cases.
