Biography
John Halstead is a partner with Kightlinger & Gray, LLP, with offices throughout Indiana and Kentucky. John has over 10 years experience defending individuals and businesses who have been accused of negligence, recklessness, or intentional wrongdoing in civil lawsuits. He has practiced on both sides of the bar, as both a plaintiff’s attorney and a defense attorney. His current clients include insured individuals and business, self-insured businesses, and insurance represents his clients in both state and federal jurisdictions and at the trial and appellate levels, as well as in administrative proceedings. John graduated from Indiana University – Bloomington School of Law magna cum laude and Brigham Young University cum laude, and clerked for both federal and state trial judges.
