Two thumbs down

This attorney represented me in 2011 and I soon realized I had made a mistake. Patrick will not file motions to surprise evidence or motions to dismiss if it runs the risk of offending a prosecutor that he deals with on a regular basis. After 14 grueling months in Lake County Jail, Patrick finally sh...owed his true colors and I took a plea deal that had a sentencing"cap" at 10 years that could be argued at my sentencing date. Patrick said that we would try to get work release or probation. At the hearing he had little to say and it's safe to say I felt that there was a high chance Patrick had never been in an argument in his life. Some lawyers are competitive and some are business men. Patrick is a business man. If you want to support his business by all means hire him. If you want your freedom call a real lawyer.
