Bryan Mitchell Truitt

I hired Attorney Truitt in April 2012. I was referred to him by another attorney that I know. I spoke to Attorney Truitt on the phone and then took in the requested documents to him in April 2012. He sent two letters in the first year and that was it. The last time I spoke with him was April 2013!!.... I have left several messages for him to call me with no response. His secretary will not answer my phone calls or messages either. I finally sent Attorney Truitt a registered lettered in Jan. 2014 for him to please call me so that we can discuss my case. I still have not heard from him and have no idea what is going on with my case! I gave Attorney Truitt my hard earned money that he took from me and did not fulfill his obligation as my attorney to help me. To this day, which has now been 2 years and 3 months, I have not heard from him nor is my case settled. This has been a nightmare from hell for me! I believe my only recourse is to send a letter of complaint to the Indiana Supreme Court in care of the disciplinary Commission. My advice to anyone contemplating hiring Truitt is to find another Attorney. Truitt does not follow through with what he is hired to do, will take your money and leave you hanging. It is truly a shame for what he has put me through! Jane
