He is personalble I guess. He represents alot of child molestation and dv cases against the victims... Which makes me believe he isn't a great person. Another reason I know this to be true is because I have witnessed him lie under oath while representing these dangers to society, so doing anything to... get them out of trouble to hurt more women and children! Just my experience

Mark will be on ur side by ur side no matter what u throw at him he is always there to reason and fight along side of u like he was ur brother or friend he makes sure he goes to the extreme extent of the law to protect u from the system if it was corrupt or UN justice fight for u under any conditions... he will be the to pick up the phone weather Hes sick or putting his kids to bed he will make sure u understand what the courts are trying to do too u or explain in terms where u understand he also is great with hothead clients specially the ones with disabilities like me I bother the man so much and he still here by my side great attorney not all about him self always about his clients and family hands down got me out off some things i tell you.....

So i hired mark when he was fairly fresh as an attorney. I was facing 12 years on a burglary i was truly innocent. HE brought me a time served plea after 90 days. I told him to shove it...I also said unless they're offering to drop the case get ready to go to the box on this thing. I hired mark bec...ause he was hungry and i seen it in the way he worked for his clients. I knew i was going to have to go to trial especially in porter county with judge harper presiding. So over the course of 12 months not only did he prepare a case for trial ,he also got me out of jail twice,i violated the terms which is why i had to go back on the first one and he won the case on the 2nd. He listened to me for help in fighting the case instead of thinking i didnt know how to defend myself in the courtroom. And he did all of this with a load of clients and newborn twins at home. During the trial he truly showed me how trial works and what really matters and what doesnt. With his charisma and knowledge of courtroom procedure as well as DNA expertise and my knowledge of the supposed crime, he was able to get me home to my family without becoming a victim of the crooked judicial system we have in this country which is especially bad in porter county indiana... If youre innocent,and you probably are (for real) Marks the guy wholl fight for you as if it were him facing 12 years. And IDK if his prices are the same still but he did what all the other attorneys were wanting 3 to 4 times as much to do in 2015. Mark Chargalauff is an equalizer in that court room. I have a huge criminal history so when I caught my last charge that consisted of 5 felonies I thought I was going up the creek in harpers court. with all the prosecutors knowing me on a first name basis I was really nervous on hiring someone out of law school only a cpl yrs. but he did such a good jo...b that with in 6 months I was with my family again. he fights like good lawyers used to. he is super thirsty on getting his clients the best deal or innocent verdict. he will forever be my lawyer, screw a vouga or harper n rogers.
