Ivan Edward Bodensteiner

I was a client of Bodensteiner from the fall of 2008 until May 2012, when I terminated his services; the judge dismissed him several weeks later. The main reason I terminated him was that he refused to allow me to make decisions regarding my case. I became a paralegal during the 31/2 years he had my ...case and recently graduated Magna Cum Laude, so I learned how he was not representing me fairly. He is very knowledgeable of the law, but would not use his knowledge to represent my best interest. He would not submit evidence I knew was important, real and relevant. He would get upset and yell when I questioned him about decisions he made that negatively impacted me and my case. I did not like it when he got angry because I questioned him about losing four of my five counts; this prompted me to do some research, where I discovered he had lost other cases for reasons like failure to state a claim (something all lawyers know is necessary). If you want to actively participate in your case or have knowledge of the law, you should think twice about using this attorney.
