Isaac Isaiah Carr

Isaac Carr graduated from Valparaiso University Law School summa cum laude with his Juris Doctorate as well as the AACSB-accredited Valparaiso University School of Business with his Masters in Business Administration.

Before law school, Isaac graduated magna cum laude from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology with a minor in Psychology. During his academic career, I worked for the Honorable Jon E. DeGuilio of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, Judge William Alexa of Porter County Superior Court 2, the Law Offices of Blachly Tabor Bozik & Hartman LLC, and the Delaware County Prosecutor’s Office.

He also served as President of the Valparaiso University Chapter of Amnesty International and currently sits on the board for the non-profit Music Neighbors. He is licensed as a Life, health and Disability insurance agent, and runs a business consulting company. He has been honored with the Valparaiso University Alumni Association Distinguished Student Award, the Law Review Dedicated Service Award, and Pro Bono Commendation. He has written articles on international commercial arbitration and captive insurance companies, along with several blogs as co-founder of the Valpo Law Blog.

Areas of focus include business formation and strategy, contract writing, corporate finance, and various other aspects of the business world.
