Extremely unprofessional experience. This attorney has been completely unresponsive for many months. Despite paying a significant retainer, there has been zero progress on my case. He consistently ignores emails and fails to show up for scheduled phone consultations. ​It is impossible to get a statu...s update or any information regarding my legal matter. He takes your money and then disappears. I’ve had to terminate his services due to total lack of communication and professional neglect. Save your money and find an attorney who actually respects their clients and does the work they were hired to do.

Does not return phone calls or keep in contact with paying clients. He was very quick to cash the check the next day, but never heard from him again, and it's been about 7 or 8 weeks. Very easily could have hired someone else and had my matter taken care of by now. Very disappointed! Would not recomm...end at all! All I would like is my money back to hire an attorney who actually works for his clients!

I hired Mr. Phillips to represent me in my divorce. He dragged it out for over a year not returning my phone calls for weeks. When he did return them, he would promise that he would get right on the issues and get back with me. A month would go by and I would start with the messages to call me back, ...with no return calls from him for weeks. Again I would get the same answers, I'll get right on it. As of this date I am still hanging in limbo with no answers and no settlement.
