OUTCOME: The Alabama Court of Civil Appeals affirmed the trial court's denial of the husband's request to terminate support.

An appeal to the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals in which the trial court had denied the husband's request to terminate child support. In the trial court, the husband sought to terminate child support ... based on non-paternity although he had acknowledged paternity in the earlier divorce proceeding. I represented the wife on appeal.
