Mis-executed Will

OUTCOME: I was able to locate the witness using specialized search tools. At hearing, I presented testimony to demonstrate the Will met the legal requirements for validity, and my client was named executor of the Estate.

Client presented a Will created by her deceased husband, an engineer. Unfortunately, the Will had only one witness and a notary, either of whom were known to the client.
