Time matters, not just winning a case, when it comes to an injured worker needing a paycheck. Workers Compensation claims unfold in a certain manner, and a committed attorney can get results the Boa ... rd of Industrial Insurance Appeals or in Superior Court, but those results can come months if not years later. Some claims have the deck stacked against them because of the claims manager, which means everything is going to be a challenge. While working a claim I was able to 1) Get the back time-loss without going up the chain, and 2) get a new claims manager assigned to the case.
