OUTCOME: The Amicus Brief we filed was granted and resulted in at least one dissent although a Writ was granted. Despite the writ, the Legislative branch was persuaded by our points and undertook its own remedy in lieu of the writ.

This is an election law case pertaining to a post-election challenge filed against a candidate and subsequently against an election board in the Courts of the Navajo Nation, Supreme Court. I was repres ... enting a the RPI candidate in a related matter SC-CV-58-14 and SC-CV-58-14 where we obtained a remand to the lower tribunal and avoided a disqualification in the Supreme Court.
