If you like playing phone tag and being belittled, this is the lawyer for you, don't expect her to show up to court either, she sent someone else for our adoption case who knew nothing about us or our adoption situation. Now after adoption is complete, lawyer is useless on any documentation, I have... to go through the courts and pay for everything... After this is all said and done I wonder why I paid a lawyer cuz she is utterly useless... Thanks for taking my money and doing as little as possible.

Had a open and shut case, exwife enter my home when i was not home and took my sons belongs that i had bought him and moved him out of the state of indiana. Ortega showed up for court and didnt have anything ready for court just winged it.. so not only did the court aloud my ex to keep my son out o...f state i now have to pay back support for time that my son was in my care. It is against the law in indiana to move a child out of the state with out the courts approval . this is way people have no faith in the court systems. This is the kind of service i got for 200.00 a hour.

I hired this lawyer for what should have been an open shut case. It was a disaster. She filed things that didn't even pertain to the case, she had zero knowledge of anything law related for this case. I had to call her for updates, she never called me. During a settlement meeting she allowed the oppo...sing council to demean and degrade me and rip me apart. She sat there and said nothing. I hired her to guide me and prove my good character and she did none of that. I honestly would have been better off with no attorney as opposed to her. Do not use her.
