Michael William Bosch

I asked this attorney if I could speak to him for a moment and on two occasions he told me he could only talk to me as he urinated. He was assigned as counsel but has refused to respond to 5 letters. He has failed to protect my right to be present at depositions. He has allowed the prosecutor's of...fice and bailiff to level false charges of harassment when I demanded the right speak with court administrator about being barred from depositions. He has not corrected any of these problems and has repeatedly not been ready for trial and has allowed the prosecutor's office over a year of continuances for a case that is now 25 months old.

He was my lawyer. He never asked me for my side of story. He told me to keep quiet that we had this won. Never been in trouble before i let him do his thing. But that was the wrong thing to do. I should of ask for a new lawyer. He never came around much. When he did it was for about 5 min. I think i... seen him 5 times in seventeen months. I thought he was going to help me. wrong ten years.
