Joab David Silverglade

Mr. Silverglade was a good lawyer overall. We had a case that took over a year and a half to resolve. We like to be kept very informed and there were many instances when he would tell us he would call us a certain day or time and would not, and we would have to call him back. It seemed that he wouldn...'t call us unless he had some big news, even though he told us he would call with an update. He was very knowledgeable in the area of workmans comp cases, and tried to advise us to what he felt would be best and most beneficial to our family, although in the end, we got so worn out on waiting and waiting for the settlement offer he said he thought was "fair" that we ended up excepting less. Of course, we could have agreed to wait longer and he would have fought for more money or taken the case to court, but we did not want to do that.
