I come from a low income family, trying to make ends meet. recently I tried to get a loan to purchase a home for my family. but unfortunately I was denied due to my low income. I put 1,000 dollars earnest money with Mr. Efron who was in charge of selling me the property I wanted to purchase. when the... bank notified me that I was denied the loan attorney efron refused to return me the earnest money back. supposedly based on the banks length of time it took them to deny me the loan. I dnt have any say so on how long the banks take on there process for loans. I believe Mr. Efron's is very unethical and greedy. I fight every week to make ends meet for my family. I went threw a known real estate agent (century 21) to make sure I didn't get scam in purchasing a home for my family. but Mr. Efron took my earnest money which took me a long time to work and save for it.
