This was an appeal from a divorce Final Judgment and Decree where the issue was disposition of real property owned by the Wife prior to the marriage and then transferred into a trust for the benefit of ... her three children. The trial court found Husband's contributions to the property were nominal and awarded the property to Wife. Husband appealed.
