Richard Otis Kallenbach

This attorney, who I'd paid for, had made a motion/order regarding child support arrearage by my wife's ex. Due to an error on the motion/order that HE composed, my wife has lost the entire arrearage owed to her, including payments that her ex-husband that was ordered to pay. It was when my wife cont...acted the Prosecutors office regarding the shortage on her child support payments that she was told of the error, and that Mr. Kallenbach would have to make the correction. When contacted, he advised my wife that "they don't know what they're talking about" and that "the judge understands". The prosecutors office has made numerous attempts to contact Kallenbach, which he's refused to reply, or correct his error. To top it off, he's now withdrawn as my wife's attorney & we are at a loss as to what to do next.
