I hired this attorney under the assumption he was another reputable attorney with a similar name. His office staff mislead me, and once I paid my retainer and realized it was not the attorney I thought I hired, they refused to refund. He was late to my hearings, and disheveled and unprofessional. ... I was dragged out too long with no answered calls, etc. Be cautious. I then hired the appropriate attorney and my case was handled professionally and in a timely manner.

Attorney Lloyd Mullen does not personify the professionalism one would expect from an attorney. Unfortunately, I previously retained Attorney Lloyd Mullen and provided him an enormous retainer; yet, he never progressed my case. Attorney Lloyd Mullen ceased contact with me, failed to appear to court ...hearings and ultimately insisted on further payments to devote time to my case. Needless to say, I retained another attorney and progress is finally occurring. It's a shame, with all the legal competition an attorney chooses to conduct himself so unprofessional.

I hired this attorney in early March regarding an OWI charge. I didn't hear back from the attorney ever. His associate called me on July 12th and informed me of plea agreement that was subpar by all means. The following Monday I hired a different attorney who charged me $500.00 less and I asked for ...a refund of whatever was left of my retainer. I was informed that there would be no refund. This man is a greedy crook who unnecessary took advantage of a hardworking American. I am a single mother of 3, a nurse, and a functional part of this community. It disgusts me that people can take advantage of people who put their trust in someone to help them out. He is supposedly a million dollar lawyer. Well, I can see why. I'm sure that I wasn't the first suckered into trusting him, and I have a feeling that I won't be the last. Don't waist you valuable time, hard earned money.
