Joseph Pearman brings extensive legal expertise gained from diverse professional settings. With a legal background, both inside and outside of the private practice setting, coupled with his substantial experience in Criminal Defense, Insurance Subrogation, Personal Injury, Probate, Employee Benefits, Estate Planning, and Tax Controversy, Joseph's legal career has been multifaceted.

In 2002, Joseph ventured out on his own and established his Tax Controversy law practice. Focusing on the representation of individuals and businesses suffering from tax delinquencies and related issues, Joseph serves as a trusted advocate before the Internal Revenue Service, the Indiana Department of Revenue, and the Illinois Department of Revenue.

Before his career in the law, Joseph's path included working as a certified welder in Northwest Indiana. The unique combination of blue-collar and white-collar experiences provides Joseph with a distinctive perspective and the ability to empathize with the concerns of both individual and business clients.

Joseph currently resides in St. John, Indiana, with his wife. Beyond his legal pursuits, he finds joy in activities like golf, fitness, woodworking, and moments with his family and friends.
