Adam Arceneaux helps businesses achieve their goals through the strategic use of litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation avoidance planning.
Adam represents clients in a variety of industries, including health care, agriculture, retail, higher education, manufacturing and distribution. His practice includes drafting, defending and defeating covenants not to compete, non-solicitation clauses, confidentiality agreements, and trade secrets claims. Adam has obtained, and defended against, temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions, and other forms of emergency relief in state and federal courts. In addition, he represents businesses in disputes arising from the sale of goods and services, from the termination of supplier contracts, dealer agreements and business relationships, and from various breaches of contract.
