Hayleigh Jo Neumann

Hayleigh Neumann is an Attorney at The Nice Law Firm in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Hayleigh is an Indiana native and has lived and worked in the state a majority of her life. Hayleigh graduated from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science in Middle/Secondary Education and English. She then worked as a high school English Teacher in Avon, Indiana and Cape Coral, Florida before attending law school at the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.

While attending law school, Hayleigh worked as a Law Clerk for Hon. Judge Susan Orth in the Floyd County Superior Court No. 1 and as a Certified Legal Intern for the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office, where she was able to gain hands-on experience in the courtroom. During her time at the Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, Hayleigh served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Education and as Chairman of the Honor Council.

Prior to joining the firm, Hayleigh worked in private practice where she represented her clients in criminal defense and family law proceedings, at both the trial and appellate court levels. Hayleigh focuses her practice in the areas of Divorce, Paternity, Child Custody and Support, Parenting Time, Guardianship, Criminal Defense, General Civil Litigation, and Family Law and Criminal Appeals.
