also known as Kyle Andrew Noffsinger
Kyle was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. As the son of a trial lawyer, his interest in trial work began at an early age, when he would go to watch his father in trials. After graduating from Indiana University, he followed up by obtaining his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis.
Kyle Noffsinger is a trial attorney who devotes his practice exclusively to representing individuals and families injured by the negligence of others. He represents clients throughout Indiana in personal injury and wrongful death matters involving automobile and trucking collisions, premises liability, worker’s compensation claims, medical malpractice, catastrophic injuries, and other serious negligence claims. Drawing on years of courtroom experience, Kyle prepares every case as though it will ultimately be decided by a jury.
Before entering private practice, Kyle served as a Deputy Prosecutor with the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office, where he prosecuted major felony cases involving murder, robbery, aggravated battery, burglary, fraud, and other serious offenses. That experience provided him with extensive courtroom advocacy, witness examination, motion practice, and jury trial experience, skills that continue to benefit his civil clients today.
After leaving the prosecutor’s office, Kyle focused his practice exclusively on personal injury litigation. He has represented clients across Indiana in complex injury and wrongful death cases, advocating for individuals facing life-changing injuries and families who have lost loved ones due to another party’s negligence. His practice includes negotiating with insurance companies, litigating contested claims, and preparing cases for trial when necessary to pursue full and fair compensation.
Kyle is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
A native of Evansville, Indiana, Kyle earned his undergraduate degree from Indiana University before receiving his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. Growing up as the son of a trial attorney sparked an early interest in courtroom advocacy that ultimately led him to pursue a career in litigation.
Outside the office, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife, Martha, and their two children in Westfield. He is an avid Indiana University basketball and football fan.
